Education Coaching is designed to assist Principles and Administration with many obstacles in regard to the welfare of their faculty staff. Here’s an educational coaching model to help guide them in the coaching sessions.
EXPLORE– Exploring the history of education, and examining where we are headed in the months and years to come. Understanding the history of education would allow the client’s mind to be aware of what has happened in the past; what current events are holding the client back from being effective with students, parents, and/or faculty staff; and what the future could look like has the educational system moves progresses.
DEVELOPMENT– Developing a concept that will help teachers, administrators, and parents to work together. This is the stage where we gather both positive and negative data in order to gather a solid solution to the client’s problem. At this stage the client is able to see and acknowledge the areas that they lack, and may need to build more strength, integrity, and maturity.
UNIQUENESS– To create the awareness of being different is the new S.W.A.G (students watching and grinding) academically. In this phrase the client is showing their creativity, and making the learning experience outstanding. Students desire someone to be transparent with them, and still be able to reverence their leader as the educator in the class.
CULTIVATE– Creating a concept to allow teachers to embrace their profession from a universal perspective. Engaging with the students on a professional and personal level is a great balance that the client will experience. Doing so will allow the client to feel more comfortable in their role as an educator, and be more transparent towards parents even when challenges may arise.
AIM– To assist clients to soar in the classroom. This stage focuses on the main issue that is reoccurring but needs to be eliminated in order for the educator, and the students to flourish together. This will also apply to parents, and other faculty if needed.
TECHNIQUE– Provide the mental and emotional skill set for teachers and parents to use while working together. This is the stage where all minds come together to reason, and implement ideas for the sake of our future leaders of tomorrow (the students). Empowerment, and inspirational messages, and activities are healthy for the journey in this area.
EXCELLENCE– to build consistency and growth between parents, administrators, and teachers that will last a lifetime. Communication is the key to everything that we do. Coaching the client to voice their opinions, and concerns is a must in order to become great. Walking in such excellence will make parents feel at peace about the schools that their children are attending; Educators will feel worthy, and appreciated about their jobs; And Principles to feel confident that they have the best faculty in the United States of America.
