Solution-Focused Coach Training
For Leaders
Empower Your Employees and Drive Results Through Solution-Focused Coaching
Learn an evidenced-based approach to coach employees to their maximum potential through hands-on training personally designed for your organization.
This training is designed to help managers, supervisors, and leaders to understand the coaching process, have productive conversations, apply effective strategies for overcoming common workplace challenges, and create and maintain a successful relationship with an employee.
Overview
A common way of thinking about problems is as challenges to overcome. And when we consider obstacles, we frequently have the impression that overcoming them will be difficult. The solution-focused approach highlights people’s capabilities, strengths, and resources, which in turn motivates those individuals to achieve the goals that they have set for themselves.
The Coaching Skills Training recognizes the need for employees to feel committed to their work and is designed to help managers, supervisors, and leaders alike to encourage individual performance as a means for increasing engagement and, ultimately, productivity rather than using the traditional “command and control” method. In this workshop, participants learn the key elements of building a successful coaching relationship and how to best implement them using a step-by-step coaching process; in addition, how to help an employee implement a development plan to individually improve their success as well as how to apply effective strategies for overcoming common coaching challenges.
